Legend has it that the two Cassady sisters (Bianca and Sierra) recorded their first dazzling album “La Maison de Mon Rêve” in the bathroom of their garret in Montmartre, using the sounds around them. Limping beats, toy instruments, and bewitching voices, their dreamy and personal folk has made them the spearhead of the new folk current, along with their friends Anthony (and the Johnsons) and Devendra Banhart. After a similar second album, their third release has taken them away from their original inclinations into lands closer to hip hop and electronic music.
